Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at the office of James Cowper Kreston, 2 Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9GG on 12 January 2017 at 12 noon for the following purposes:

1. To have laid before the meeting a statement as to the affairs of the Company.

2. To appoint a liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets and to regulate whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.

3. To establish a liquidation committee and to appoint persons to serve as creditor members of the committee.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of James Cowper Kreston, 2 Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9GG on 10 January 2017 and 11 January 2017 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is able to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the Company. Proxies must be duly completed and lodged, along with a valid proof of debt form at the offices or James Cowper Kreston, 2 Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9GG no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the meeting.
