NOTICE is hereby given that on 17th November 2016 a Petition by Thianh Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC187383) and having its registered office at Badachro Inn, Badachro, Gairloch, Ross-shire, IV21 2AA was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Inverness craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Thianh Limited be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 25th November 2016 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Inverness Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted.
