Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that David F Perkins of Benedict Mackenzie, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. The meeting will receive information about, and/or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.
