Notice is hereby given, pursuant to s98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held on 1 September 2016 at 14:15 at Mitchell Charlesworth, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR for the purposes of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and of appointing a Liquidation Committee.

Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Mitchell Charlesworth, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR no later than 12 noon on 31 August 2016.

Jeremy Paul Oddie, 008918, and Paul Anthony Palmer, 009657, are persons qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors are available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Mitchell Charlesworth on the two business days before the meeting.

For the purposes of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at Mitchell Charlesworth, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR, before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
