Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Vantage Point, Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3HF on 18 July 2016 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Matthew Dunham (IP No. 8376) of Smith & Williamson LLP, Vantage Point, Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3HF and Andrew Stephen McGill (IP No. 9350) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 3rd Floor, 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BJ, are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the above. If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated.

The meeting, may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.
