NOTICE is hereby give, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Napier & Sons, Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF, on Thursday, 25th February 2016 at 3.00 p.m for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Napier & Sons, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF between 10a.m and 5p.m on the two business days falling next before the day on which the meeting is to be held.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Napier & Sons, Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 24th February 2016.
