Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at: The Office, Milbury Cottage, Beech Farm Road, Warlingham, Surrey CR6 9QJ on 21 December 2015 at 11.45 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 100 and 101 of the said Act.

In accordance with Section 98(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Roger Faulkner MIPA (IP No. 9479), a person authorised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the company will, during the period before the day on which the meeting is held, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.

Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include resolutions specifying the basis upon which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information, or be called upon to approve, the costs of convening the statutory meetings and preparing the Statement of Affairs.

For the purposes of voting at the meeting any Proxy forms, along with any Proof of Debt, must be lodged at Maxwelton House, 41-43 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1BJ tel: 01444 411106 (e: roger@rfinsolvency.com) not later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
