NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 October 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Alexander Prasher, 2 Hamilton Way, East Whitburn, West Lothian, EH49 8RA craving the Court inter alia that Scotia Stage Hire Limited, having its registered office previously at Unit 36, Evans Business Centre, Bellshill Industrial Estate, Belgrave Street, Bellshill, Lanrkshire, ML4 3PN and now at 103B Main Street, Newmains, Wishaw, Lanarkshire, ML2 9BG be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 15 October 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Gareth David Rusling and Kenneth W Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, Gareth David Rusling located at Kendal House, 41 Scotland Street, Sheffield, S3 7BS and Kenneth W Pattullo located at Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and particularly the power to sell the property of said Company as provided for in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
