NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors will be held at BWC, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU on 4 November 2015 at 10.00 am for the purposes of considering the proposed resolutions:

1) That the Liquidator is authorised to draw his remuneration based upon time costs by reference to the time properly given by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation at BWC Business Solutions LLP’S (“BWC”) standard charging rates, at the rates prevailing at the time the work is done. Such remuneration to be paid out of the assets of the Company and may be drawn on account as and when funds permit. The Liquidator’s current charge-out rates are available on the BWC website at www.bwc-solutions.com

2) That the books and records of the Company are destroyed 15 months after the final meeting of the Liquidation.

A creditor entitled to vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a creditor of the Company.

Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
