Notice is hereby given that on 7 October 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Greenock Sheriff Court by CCO Supplies Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC173998), having its Registered Office at Holmelea House, Faith Avenue, Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire, PA11 3SX and a place of business at 19 Woodside Place, Charing Cross, Glasgow, G3 7QL (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Greenock Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 9th October 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Greenock Sheriff Court, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, of all of which notice is hereby given.
