NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named Company whose registered office is The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 8AN and whose principal trading address was Pall Mall Deposit, 124-128 Barlby Road, London W10 6BL, will be held at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 8AN on 3 December 2015 at 11.00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to have an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
