At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN on 29 July 2014, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Maddison&Anthony David Kent, of Maidment Judd, The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN, be and they are hereby appointed, joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and they are to act jointly and severally.

Hayley Maddison (IP number 10372 ) and Anthony David Kent (IP number 8764 ) both of Maidment Judd, The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Herts AL4 8AN were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 29 July 2014 .
