NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of Orange Self Storage Limited will be held at Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV11 4BB on Tuesday 29 September 2015 at 11:30 am in the forenoon, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 .

The resolutions to be taken at the creditors meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms of which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxy forms to be used for the purposes of the above meeting must be lodged, accompanied by a proof of debt form, at Pattinsons, Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 4BB not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the date of the meeting.
