Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY on 21 September 2015 at 2.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The Resolutions to be taken at the meeting will include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator and the nominated Liquidator are to be remunerated. It is proposed that Simon Renshaw of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY, be appointed as Liquidator to replace Alan Simon in office for the purposes of the proposed Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation.
