On 20th July 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by Iqbal Jamal, residing The Knoll, 35 Strathern Road, Broughty Ferry, Dundee craving the Court inter alia to order that Sanfena Construction Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC255643) having their Registered Office at 4 Albert Place, Perth, PH2 8JE be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by interlocutor dated 20 July 2015 ordained the said Sanfena Construction Ltd and any other persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement under certification of which notice is hereby given.
