Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator has summoned a meeting of the Company’s creditors under Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 at the request of a creditor for the purpose of removing the existing Liquidator from office and appointing an alternative Liquidator. Creditors’ attention is drawn to Section 173(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as regards the provisions for the outgoing Liquidator’s release.
