Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Critchleys, Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford, OX1 1BE on 29 July 2015 at 11:00 am.

The sole purpose of the meeting is to seek to fill a vacancy in the membership of the liquidation committee.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidator at Critchleys, Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford, OX1 1BE not later than 12:00 noon on the last business day before the meeting.
