Notice is hereby given that on 12 May 2015, a Petition was presented to Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court within the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife by Christine Anne Convy as the former Liquidator of S J Roofing Fife Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC332816) and having its registered office at 10 Buko Tower, Dalton Road, Southfield, Glenrothes, Fife, KY6 2SS, for the restoration of the said S J Roofing Fife Ltd to the Register of Companies. By interlocutor dated 19 May 2015, the Sheriff appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk, at Kirkcaldy within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
