Notice is hereby given that on 6 May 2015, a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Home Energy Insulation Division Limited, craving the Court inter alia to order that Home Energy Insulation Division Limited having its Registered Office at Arrochar House, Almondvale Boulevard, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 6QJ, be wound up by the Court; the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 6th May 2015 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
