NOTICE is hereby given that on 7 April 2015 a Petition by Alan Coulson and Emily Coulson, residing at 5 Lodgehill Park, Nairn IV12 4SA was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Inverness craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Kalkuli Limited, Company Number SC458445, registered office address 27 Huntley Street, Inverness IV3 5PR and trading from the Green House, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness IV2 3BL be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator and Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8th of April 2015 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Inverness Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted or refused nominated Antonia McIntyre, Chartered Accountant, MLM Solutions, Forsyth House, 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company.
