Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL on 20 February 2015 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting at the registered office of the company. A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL, during the two business days preceding the above meeting.

A creditor of the Company is entitled to appoint another person as his proxy to exercise all or any of his rights to attend and to speak and vote at a meeting of the Company’s creditors. A proxy need not be a creditor or member of the Company.
