Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of Castlegate Nominee No.2 Limited will be held at the offices of Tyburn Lane Private Equity, 43-44 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JJ, on 05 February 2015, at 10.17 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge at Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH, on the two business days preceding the Meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. The Meeting may be required to consider a Resolution agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
