Notice is hereby given that on 19 January 2015 a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by Horsbrugh Construction Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 23 Garrell Road, Kilsyth, G65 9JX craving the court inter alia that Horsbrugh Construction Services Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 19 January 2015 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh to be Provisional Liquidator of Horsbrugh Construction Services Limited with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
