On 7 January 2015 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Sovereign Global Solutions Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. 08044832) and having its registered office at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, craving the Court inter alia that Sarkar Defence Solutions Limited (formerly known as Sarkar Limited), having its registered office at 4 Woodside Place, Charing Cross, Glasgow G3 7QF, be wound up and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition Lord Woolman by Interlocutor dated 9 January 2015 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Petitions Clerk of the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and in the meantime appointed John Reid and Christopher McKay, Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP, Lomond House, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ, to be joint Provisional Liquidators of said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
