Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3AT, on 26 January 2015, at 2.00 pm for the purpose of having laid before it the Joint Liquidators statement (in the prescribed form) as to the affairs of the company. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of their claim, at the offices of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3AT, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. Resolutions to be taken at this meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening meetings.

In accordance with the duty imposed by section 95(2A)(e) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Kerry Franchina Bailey (IP No. 8780) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 9590) of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3AT, who were appointed Joint Liquidators of the company on 12 May 2014, shall during the period before the day on which the creditors’ meeting is to be held, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the company as they may reasonably require.
