Notice is hereby given that on 9 December 2014 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dundee craving the Court inter alia that 1ST CHOICE ROOFING & BUILDING MAINTENANCE LIMITED, with its Registered Office at 40-42 Brantwood Avenue, Dundee DD3 6EW be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by interlocutor dated 9 December 2014 ordained the said 1st Choice Roofing & Building Maintenance Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
