Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that, at the creditors’ request, a meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at Tower 12, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3BZ, on 21 October 2014, at 2.00 pm for the purpose of (a) removing Philip Deyes and John Titley of Leonard Curtis, Tower 12, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3BZ, as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and (b) appointing Paul Stanley and Gary Lee of Begbies Traynor LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY as Joint Liquidators in their stead. The meeting will also propose the following resolutions: (c) that, pursuant to Rule 4.61(3) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), the expenses of summoning the meeting of creditors be paid out of the assets of the Company; and (d) that in accordance with Section 173(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the outgoing Joint Liquidators shall have their release immediately upon the filing of their Certificate of Removal at Companies House. (e) that the incoming Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation. Proofs and proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Leonard Curtis, at Tower 12, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3BZ, not later than 12.00 noon on 20 October 2014 in order for creditors to be entitled to vote at the meeting. A secured creditor is entitled to vote only in respect of the balance (if any) of his debt after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him.
