Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 3 Hamel House, Calico Business Park, Sandy Way, Tamworth B77 4BF on 16 October 2014 at 11.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 101 of the said Act.
