NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at BCR, Charles House, Beam Heath Way, Nantwich, CW5 6PQ on Monday 8 September 2014 at 10.30 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

A proxy form is enclosed herewith and any proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of BCR, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 0SU not later than 12.00 noon on the business day falling next before the meeting.

There may be resolutions taken at the meeting which may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and that the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.

During the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, Philip Barrington Wood will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
