Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the office of James Cowper LLP, 1 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BR on 11 August 2014 at 10.00 am for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of James Cowper LLP, 1 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BR on 7 August 2014 and 8 August 2014 between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is able to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies must be duly completed and lodged, along with a valid proof of debt form at the offices of James Cowper LLP, 1 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BR no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the meetings.
