Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a general meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Broadbents Business Recovery Services Limited of 17/25 Scarborough Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7DA on Friday 27 June 2014 at 10:00 am.

The business of the meeting will be to consider the following resolution:-

“That the Liquidator compromises the claim of Enterprise Rent-a-Car UK Limited at £365,000 in full and final settlement of all claims against the Liquidation estate”.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her.

A proxy form is available, which if intended to be used at the meeting, should be lodged at Broadbents Business Recovery Services Limited, 17/25 Scarborough Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7DA no later than 12 noon on the business day immediately before the meeting. Any further proofs of debt for which value is to be attributed to a vote in this matter must also be lodged by this time and date.
