Creditors of the Company are required to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Ian Mark Defty and James Dowers of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, the Joint Liquidator’s of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors has been summoned to consider appointing a creditors’ committee at 10.00 am on Tuesday 10 December 2013 at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD. If no committee is appointed, resolutions may be passed specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is appointed and the basis upon which disbursements are to be recharged.
