Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, on 21 September 2012 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.

A Statement of Affairs of the Company, and a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, will be presented at the Meeting, and, if thought fit, a Liquidator may be nominated and a Liquidation Committee appointed.

Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.

Resolutions may be taken at the Meeting specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting may also receive information about the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD on the two business days prior to the Meeting between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
