At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 35 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 1TS on 22 June 2012, the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. That the Company would be wound up voluntarily.
2. “That Craig Povey and Kevin Murphy of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, 35 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 1TS be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
