Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 July 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3 August 2011, Mohammed Mozibul Hoque, 1 Carr Bridge Close, Eaglescliffe, Stockton on Tees TS16 0GY is married, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mozibul Hoque and assumed the name of Mohammed Mozibul Hoque.
