Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 September 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 September 2011, Annette Colleen Rose, 10 Buckstone Road, Edmonton, London N18 2RH is single, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Annette Colleen Robinson and assumed the name of Annette Colleen Rose.
