Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Wickham Community Centre, Wickham, Near Portsmouth, PO17 7AL, on 28 July 2011, at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening of the meeting. Notice is also hereby given that for the purpose of voting Secured Creditors are required, unless they surrender their security, to lodge at the offices of MBI Coakley Limited, Second Floor, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3HE, a Statement giving particulars of their security, the date it was given and the value at which it is assessed. A form of proxy which, if intended to be used for voting at the meeting must be duly completed and lodged with the Company at the offices of MBI Coakley Ltd, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting. In accordance with Section 98(2)(a) Dermot Coakley and Michael Bowell (IP Nos 6824 and 7671) both of MBI Coakley Ltd, Second Floor, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3HE, are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the above Company and who, during the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as is reasonably required.
