At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the Ibis Coventry South Hotel, Abbey Road, Off Leaf Lane, Coventry, CV3 4BJ on 03 February 2011 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that P D Masters and A R Clifton, both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos. 8262 and 8766) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
