Notice is hereby given that Anthony Cliff Spicer and James Douglas Ernle Money of Smith and Williamson Limited, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Companies on 31 January 2011 by the members at a General Meeting of the Companies.
The Joint Liquidators give notice pursuant to Rule 4.182(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that creditors of the above-named Companies are required on or before 25 February 2011 to send their names and addresses with particulars of any claims against the Companies to the Joint Liquidators at the above address.
Notice is also given pursuant to Rule 4.182(A)(6) that the Joint Liquidators intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors who have submitted claims and that the distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given. The directors of the Companies have made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full inquiry into the Companies’ affairs and that they are of the opinion that the Companies will be able to pay their debts in full together with interest within a period of twelve months from the commencement of the winding up.
