At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4LP on 26 October 2010 at 12.00 noon, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Stirland and Nigel John Hamilton-Smith, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4LP, (IP Nos 9368 and 002093) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
