Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Dorlux Beds (UK) Limited (In Liquidation) will be held at the offices of Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn BB1 8AF, on 16 July 2010, at 10.00 am . The meetings are called pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidator to pass certain resolutions to carry on the conduct of the Liquidation. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor. Proxies must be used at the meeting and should be lodged at Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn BB1 8AF, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
