The following Resolutions passed at a meeting of members held on 05 March 2010 at RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG, were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that A A Josephs and L A Farish, both of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators’ for the purposes of the winding-up.”
