At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH on 26 February 2010 the following special resolution was duly passed:
That the company be wound up voluntarily and that C H I Moore be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
