Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the liquidator of the above named company intends making a distribution to creditors. The creditors are required, on or before 20th November 2009 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned T A Clunie of S G Banister & Co, 40, Great James Street, London, WC1N 3HB the liquidator of the company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first and final dividend declared before his debt is proved.
