At a General Meeting of the Members, held at short notice, of the above-named company, duly convened and held at BWC Business Solutions Limited, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU on 30 July 2009 the following special resolution was passed:-
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn and Paul Andrew Whitwam of BWC Business Solutions Limited, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up.
