Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Hawson Jefferies, Birch Hall, 87 Trippet Lane, Sheffield, S1 4EL, on 16 July 2009, at 10.15 am . Adrian Graham of Hamiltons Insolvency Practitioners Limited, Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield, S11 8FT is a person qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at: Hamiltons Insolvency Practitioners Limited, Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield S11 8FT, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting.
