Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 16 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 January 2009, Ian Andrews, of 6 Allerton Court, Turnberry Close, London NW4 1JL, single, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ian Andrew Leaf and assumed the name of Ian Andrews.
