Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 April 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 August 2008, Eulalee Rebecca Scott, of 27 Mountbatten Close, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 6QN is Divorced and a British Citizen by virtue of section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ulalee Rebecca Scott and assumed in lieu therof the name of Eulalee Rebecca Scott.
