Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 July 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 September 2008, Dharmesh Mahenhdrabhai Patel, of 45a Victoria Road, Ruislip, Middlesex HA9 9AB, who is married and a British Citizen under section 6 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Dharmesh Amin and assumed the name of Dharmesh Mahenhdrabhai Patel.
