Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1NU, on 23 October 2008, at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act. For the purposes of voting, secured Creditors must, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors can be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of In Time Financial Recovery Limited, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1NU, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. The Resolutions at the Meeting of Creditors may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
